July 4th/Charleston Trip

What a great trip! We arrived in Goose Creek late Saturday night and visited with Bama and Pops. On Sunday we hung out and had lunch with the family, Clint even joined us. After Hudson's nap we headed to Charleston to check into our hotel. Wow! It was amazing. The Market Pavilion is super fancy. After the valet parked the car and brought our luggage up to us, we headed out to explore. Charleston is beautiful, it's a great vacation spot. We had a carriage ride through historic downtown, walked (and sweated!) for a few hours, met Steph for dinner, then headed back to our room. When we walked in we saw that the bed had been turned down and robes and slippers had been layed out for us. I forgot to take pictures..we were to busy putting our robes on. Our room faced the water so we got to see the fireworks from our window. Hudson would look up every once in a while but he was having fun playing with his Aunt Steph. On Monday we walked around the Slave's Market, played in the fountains, and swung on the pier. We had a great trip!
